Qigong this summer!

Qigong is a source of health and wellness for living life with vitality.  It strengthens joints, muscles, tendons, and bones, nourishes internal organs, stimulates circulation of energy in our body, and enhances mental clarity.

Michael Busby is teaching Qigong Levels 1-2 in June and again in August. In early fall he will teach Level 3 (date not set yet).  Please check the webpage for Levels 1-2 on August 17-18 for more info and to register.
