Qigong this autumn!

Qigong is a source of health and wellness for living life with vitality.  It strengthens joints, muscles, tendons, and bones, nourishes internal organs, stimulates circulation of energy in our body, and enhances mental clarity.

For those who have completed Qigong Levels 1&2, Michael Busby is teaching Qigong Level 3 on September 14-15. A review of Levels 1&2 will be offered on October 6.  And he will offer another opportunity to participate in a Levels 1&2 weekend on November 2-3.
