Meditation in Everyday Life class begins soon

Tuesdays, 7-9pm, Sept. 12 – Oct. 10.  Meditation in Everyday Life is the beginning course of the Everyday Life series.  It is a five-week course designed to provide students with the introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life. No previous experience with meditation is necessary.  Each class will include a guided sitting meditation practice, discussion of practice, a talk by the teacher, interactive exercises, and a final discussion, followed by a light reception.  For more information and to register:
