The Pittsburgh Shambhala Meditation Center relies on — and deeply appreciates — the inspiration, energy and talents of the many volunteers who share in the activity of making our offerings available in Pittsburgh and beyond. This activity is part of what is known in the Shambhala community as “creating enlightened society.”

We welcome members and non-members alike to volunteer. Taking into consideration interest, skill, background, and time availability, we will gratefully match you with the right place to offer your services. We provide guidance and support along the way.

On the signup sheets linked below you can see the kinds of volunteer help that we can use for programs and events. There may also be other ways that you can help our Center. There are many opportunities to contribute as a volunteer and simultaneously deepen your own practice and connection.
