Begin the morning with the gentle practice of working with your mind. Three days a week, join us for sitting meditation and yoga.
We begin with a gentle stretching series, a brief dharma reading, then sitting meditation practice. Espresso and discussion follows our practice session.
Join us on any Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday morning.
Donations accepted but not required to take part in our meditation sessions. Drop-ins welcome!
