Summer Weekthün: Resting in the Four Immeasurables

August 1-7, 2018

Please join us for all or part of a summer weekthün in Pittsburgh.  This weekthün is for new or experienced meditators interested in deepening their practice.  The participant-led program includes sitting and walking meditation, movement exercises, Shambhala Sadhana practice, and study and contemplation of the Four Immeasurables.  Part of the retreat will be in silence.  We will share breakfast and lunch together each day.  The wakefulness and discipline developed in this program will help participants bring their practices into the world and their everyday life.  This program fulfills Shambhala Weekthün requirements.

Pricing:  For the full week, $125 (or $155 patron price, which helps subsidize participation for those who can't afford the program price).  For part-time attendance, $20 per day. If registering for part-time attendance, please choose the special price option of $20 for one day, or “pay what you can afford,” and fill in the amount for however many days you will attend, if paying online.  You can also pay by cash or check on-site.  As always, our generosity policy is applicable, so if this pricing is an obstacle for you, please offer the amount you can afford.
